I love Dr. Burgess and the fact that she respects my decisions. I appreciate the fact that she never tries to push exams on me. Such an honor to be one of her patients.
Went for my annual visit. There was no wait time, got right in at my appointment time. She and her PA took time asking and answering all my questions and concerns. I'm now in my 60's and she wanted me to feel good about now my health is.
We didn't have to wait long. We always feel at home when we go to the office because everyone is friendly. Dr. Burgess always takes the time to sit and answer our questions. She makes us feel like we are the most important patients at that moment.
Follow up visit to discuss course of action for me diabetic diagnosis.
It is always a wonderful experience with Dr Burgess. She takes her time, explains everything that I need to know and treats me with care and compassion. I would highly recommend her! :-)

She answered my questions and took care of a prescription that had expired.
Dr Burgess spends as much time as as I need her to with each appointment. I do not feel rushed at all. She is very thorough and a very nice lady. I've been going to her for almost 20 years and I do not ever want another general practitioner.
