I was pretty disappointed in the entire experience. After waiting for almost an hour, I was called in and ended up seeing Dr. Poland. Nothing wrong with him, but the whole purpose of me driving for 40 miles was to see Dr. Kishor. I made an appointment with her and confirmed this with the front office when I came in. I still don't know what happened and why I saw someone else. Afterwards, when checking out, the lady insisted my specialist copay wasn't enough and that I had to meet my deductible. It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
