They are the best I have been renting from them for 2 years the maintenance team is also great the office manager Stephanie is so great if you need a nice place to live rent from them
Patriarch management is a very good rental company. And their maintenance, Tyler very very professional. I only have good things to say about patriarch management.
Stefanie and the team here always go above and beyond to make renting easy and affordable! Everything you would expect from a reliable and caring landlord is what they have delivered since before day 1!!
I've been renting from this company for two years and I love them. Maintenance is so quick after a work order has been placed. Stefanie is amazing, she returns emails and calls in a timely manner and she will work with you as long as you communicate with her. I would recommend this rental company 100 percent.
I have been looking to move to Merion Village because I accepted a job close by. I called several properties in the area. When I called Patriarch Management I spoke to Stephanie who was very informative. She gave me so much information about the area and the properties she has available.
