Stefanie at Patriarch Management was so incredible accommodating our different needs. We moved from California to Ohio and had to rent a place before getting there. She was able to approve our application prior to our arrival and we had such a smooth transition because of her. She is very communicative and whenever we needed anything someone would come by the rental property within 24 hours to fix it. So grateful for Stefanie and her team!
We’ve been renting a home from Patriarch mgmt for a year and half now and couldn’t be more pleased with how they run! They’re compassionate, helpful, responsive. Stefanie goes above and beyond to ensure that all our requests are met. Our maintenance guy, Tyler responds quickly to our requests, respectful and is speedy when completing tasks!
I rented with Patriarch for 3 years and didn't have any issues! The property manager, Stefanie, was always very helpful. The maintenance team always assisted me when I needed help. Their online portal was always easy to navigate to make payments and submit maintenance requests. Overall, I had a great experience with Patriarch!
