Patriarch management is a very good rental company. And their maintenance, Tyler very very professional. I only have good things to say about patriarch management.
Stefanie and the team here always go above and beyond to make renting easy and affordable! Everything you would expect from a reliable and caring landlord is what they have delivered since before day 1!!
I've been renting from this company for two years and I love them. Maintenance is so quick after a work order has been placed. Stefanie is amazing, she returns emails and calls in a timely manner and she will work with you as long as you communicate with her. I would recommend this rental company 100 percent.
I have been looking to move to Merion Village because I accepted a job close by. I called several properties in the area. When I called Patriarch Management I spoke to Stephanie who was very informative. She gave me so much information about the area and the properties she has available. I’ve been with patriarch for the past couple years and I have to say they have been so polite and understanding with me maintenance, office staff the owner no matter what I need they’re always there. Miss Stephanie is great. She’s one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. She’s very understanding always there when you need her. If I call her with an issue, she makes sure it gets done immediately. I’m very thankful for her.
