Have been living in Columbus for a good while now and I stayed at a property with Patriarch for two solid years, only left because roommates and I were going separate ways and could no longer afford the house. Any time we had a maintenance issue it was resolved promptly and Stefanie does a killer job at being communicative with tenants! One of the good ones for sure, keep an eye out for their listings, and you'll be taken care of!
Patriarch management is a good company to rent from. I lived in one of their properties for 5 years and I can honestly say better than any where I’ve rented from. Stefani the property manager is a sweetheart she always make sure to answer any maintenance calls in a timely manner will highly recommend this company
Stefanie is the best property manager. Helpful and understanding. I have lived in my house since 2017 and I love it here. The management and maintenance are responsive and take care of all my needs without hesitation. Even with the rising costs, the rent is manageable. I am glad to be a resident of Patriarch Management.
Have had a very little trouble renting here. Maintenance team is great and responds quickly. And Stephanie the manager makes things relatively low stress and painless!
We love how Mrs. Stephanie operates when it comes to being a great landlord she is a very understanding and is easy to talk to when there's a problem. Can't wait to upgrade after our lease is up will be renting with her again!!!! Thanks for all that you do!!! I would give you a 10 ⭐ if it went that far!!!! 👍
