I rented with Patriarch for 3 years and didn't have any issues! The property manager, Stefanie, was always very helpful. The maintenance team always assisted me when I needed help. Their online portal was always easy to navigate to make payments and submit maintenance requests. Overall, I had a great experience with Patriarch!
We have been under patriarch Management for almost 3 years and everyone has been amazing. When we moved our family experience a big lost and mrs Stefanie was(is) so supportive and walked us through everything and has been there ever since. She checks in on our family and whatever questions we have she responds right away. Maintenance is great they always make sure communication is open. Everyone has been amazing.
I have been renting and living in a home owned by patriarch management for about 4 years now. My agent Stephanie is always helping making sure my maintenance request get carried out promptly! I enjoy renting and living in my house! I had to go inside to the actual office to pay my rent in person for the first time and she offered my son a lollipop and helped me with him while I got everything situated! she made a stressful situation for me very easy & joyful! Out of all the places I have rented from patriarch management was by far the best. I rented from them for 4 years. My landlord Stephanie was very nice she always helped me with anything that needed fixed or handled with the house. She’s very easy to communicate with & honestly I would recommend anyone I know to rent from them.
I asked to see a house for rent two days ago, a woman named Stefanie today asked to send an identity. I sent by Zillow’s message box where I feel more security. I went to the place and arrived 5 min earlier. I sent message that had arrived and she said that would not go because it had not sent the identity. The unpreparedness of this human being was expected, because the evaluation of this company is terrible. I changed my entire schedule to see the house and came up with it.
