Hands down the best plumbing service in the lower mainland. Fast friendly service. They go above and beyond. Called them for my elderly parents. Way out in the fraser valley. They showed up promptly did the job cleaned up after themselves and left with smile. 10000% call them if you need any plumbing done.
Chad and the team at Paton Plumbing Worx have been fantastic. With helpful advice, getting me out of a jam when my employee clogged a toilet, to staying late on a Friday making sure we have hot water, I know I can count on them. If you ever need a professional, reliable plumber call Chad!
Huge thanks to Chad and his team! His technician, Sean was amazing. Spent a few hours trying to determine the issue and source parts. Once it became clear they were not going to be able to get the parts to fix our hot water tank that day, they started working on a warrantee. Even though it was late in the day on a Friday at this point, Sean decided to do the replacement right then and stay late rather than have us go without hot water all weekend. Amazing team, amazing service, thank you so much!
My water tank died so I called Chad, he sent someone out right away to replace it. Top notch company!
