I wouldn’t even give them a star, but I have to in order to write a review. We built our home and used Patin Bros for the plumbing. A year after moving in, a noise started to occur in our kitchen faucet. It seemed like the noise was coming from in between the basement and main floor ceiling/floor. Came well recommended but we were not impressed. The plumber sent reported unforeseen height issues with a toilet installation, which happens. It's not a hard fix if you have the proper parts. Instead he was quite unprofessional, swore to himself throughout the job, yelled at someone on the phone, and acted angrily the whole time, making it difficult to talk to him. Be careful, this company doesn't provide any warranty. I was charged twice for the same leaking, 8 month later. Use its service at your own risk.
If you need people who are professional and know what they are doing, along with being considerate, these are the men for you. I would personally never use another company. Jeff, Thankyou so much for your expertise. (Don’t move away please)
