We've been very happy with Pat Live. They are responsive and, if I don't call them back about an issue they are bringing to my attention, they persist. Their follow through and courtesy are epic.
I am not a client of PATLive. I actually called a business and thought the "receptionist" was phenomenal in not only taking my message but answering my questions. I immediately asked the owner how he found her and trained her. He said PATLive.
This company has by far the worst customer service of any company I've worked with in the past. Good luck getting someone to call you back or following through with any requests. I'm fairly certain they file any requests in the Lost In Space file. Just some food for thought from someone that has worked with this company for a number of years.
I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They have saved my business hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in support time over the last 6 months. Highly recommended!
This company stopped our service due to a credit card decline of $20 without talking to anyone. They obviously never attempted to charge the card again and threatened collection. This is not a company we trust any longer. The low fee is due to the low care they must have for their clients success.
PATLive has been and still is a great business partner for my company. Because I am a small business I'm not always able to answer the phone and it's great to know that my potential customers will always call and hear a kind voice on the other end! They are a great extension and representation of my brand!
PATLive is an great company with exceptional staff. We utilized their reception services for a massage promo we ran at the office. We provided our patients with a special massage promo line to call, that PATLive provided to us. Every call was handled well, according to our scripting, and the caller's info and nature of the call was forwarded to our office by email.
