Beautiful, higher quality pieces sit on the floor with motivated customers eager to buy—but an anti- customer corporate ethos that seems entrenched and oddly unmotivated to make sales. To their credit the 1 salesperson did try to help but corporate was not on board with selling a discontinued floor model umbrella at a discount. Consider other than this brand.

Excellent warranty service by Donna Shaver. Purchased Brown Jordan swivel loungers and ottomans in 2017. Both chairs broke at center post. Donna went above and beyond to get them replaced by manufacturer. Excellent service!
