We had a great experience at Ridgefield’s location this March. We went a few times while trying to figure out what material, shape, and size set we wanted. During that time, we were never pressured into buying something. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and patient. When we decided on a table, I wanted to mix and match chairs. I was interested when I walked in. No one greeted me for a while . One person in the store . He saw a porche and a couple walk in the same time as me - I was by myself coming out of a regular SUV . He was all into trying to sell to them and could care less of acknowledging me until way later . He quickly gave me a card and I just said what I’m looking for .
