In the world of hot tub sales almost all shops down talk one another and their products. This company does not! VERY professional sales, great delivery and install crew! If they don't know, you don't hear " I think so", or "it should be...." they say "let me find out for you" Shop around if you want, but, buy from this company. You won't be disappointed!
MJ was amazing! She helped my find the correct, even better, part for my hot tub and gave me advice on how to install it. This was my first encounter with Patio Splash Hot Tubs & Spas and when the time comes to replace ours, this is where we'll be going!
I had a few questions about my Bullfrog Spa and Ryan was here to help answer my questions. I was ready to walk out with what I thought I needed but he made sure to check everything was right before sending me home, and even gave me good recommendations. Will come back here for my spa needs.
