I purchase a $2700 cantilever umbrella 5PM on Sunday November 13th and called them 10am the next morning at 10am to cancel the order. They charged me a 6% fee to cancel the order. The credit card did not process it yet and they did not ship the item. I would not recommend this company. They basically took 6% for doing absolutely nothing. They did not incur any cost or provide any service. Of course they will say the cancel policy is on the receipt and they cannot do anything about it.
