Poor service and follow up I had a part go out on my DE pool filter and went here to order a replacement. They store was pretty busy and I had to wait about 15 minutes to be helped. The person who helped me had no idea how to look up the part I needed and so he had to call someone else over. After looking at the part and the product manual I brought in they figured out that they would have to call their supplier 2 days later to see if they could get the part. They took down my telephone number and left a message for me the 2... read more
Awesome Customer Service Just moved into a home with a pool. Knew nothing about pools so several of my new neighbors suggested I go to Patio. Boy was I impressed! They not only helped me balance the pool to where it should be, they also were able to instruct me on how to keep it perfect! The best part was they were also able to have their service department come out and inspect my equipment! Now I know there is nothing to worry about as I close the pool down for the winter. The Worst They do most of the business in Tucson and think that they are entitled to treat their customers like garbage. Take your money, show up when they like, Stay away!
