I hired Patio Enclosures for a high-end patio screen installation, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected—especially given the cost. I reached out to Patio Enclosures and two other companies to get bids for screening in my patio. Patio Enclosures called me almost immediately. Blaze came out the next day and went through our options and designed the perfect space for us. He even showed us a 3D mock up of what the final project would look like on his iPad. Poor service! This is a very big investment but the service is absolutely terrible. The salesman Enrique was fantastic but that was it. After signing the contract agreement, someone from the office was supposed to call me to set up a time for a technician to get detailed measurements of my patio. Waited for a week and no call. I contacted Enrique then the office person finally called to schedule a measuring appointment. Had an initial installation date of April 25th. Enrique was extremely helpful with this project. He explained all my options in detail and provided different pictures of other projects the company has completed. He was able to show me color samples and material samples available for my project and also provided a 3D visual of how the patio would appear when completed. He was able to give me different price points so I could determine the type of project I wanted to move forward with that would fit within my budget. Update 5/4/25!!!!! Don't use this company.
