Not only was the lady on the phone rude when I called regarding a price on a compounded prescription that had been dropped off 2 1/2 hours earlier, but the price was 3 times the amount of another pharmacy. You are a HUGE rip off!!!! I will never use your pharmacy again and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't use you either!!!
Amazing customer service and compassion. They stock more than any other and if they don't have it get it faster than any other. I have a critically ill daughter and until I discovered them, I spent at least 10 hours a week chasing down drugs and being treated with little or no respect by pharmacy "professionals". I once, accidentally called them PEACE pharmacy. I'm sure it was Freudian, because that's what they've given us. Thank you for all you do!!!!
Always so polite and helpful. They treat me like a normal human being. I take narcotics and other pharmacies treat you like a junkie. I always recommend Patio to my friends/family or someone I may meet in the Dr's office while they are complaining about the service & how they were treated. Thanks to all the staff for making me feel normal.
