DO NOT LIVE HERE EVER . Not worth the money. The place may have a pool but it DOESNT offset the roaches, loud tennants, lack of updates, or lack of help from office personnel. Hell i even had a gun pointed at me by a drunk tennant one morning going to work!! NOT a safe place for kids obviously. Maintenance works their ass off 24/7 without help because they own 4 properties total with no modern updates, and only 1 maint worker and 1 office worker that is never available ever since Leslie left.
