First, before accepting any other Rx, listen attentively to what the customer needs are. In my case I sat down and explained my needs and when I got my glasses, they didn't followed my instructions, that ONLY ONE LENS needed to be changed, but the second lens would continue with the old Rx (their Rx). The glasses are unusable and I lost tens dollars because of it. By the way the lady that attended me, was very forceful and nasty. RecommendedMe han atendido muy bien. Me hice un examen en Brooklyn y no fue tan completo como el que me han hecho en Patino Eyecare, mis dos gemelos tienen 4 ańos y se atienden también en esta óptica , realmente me gusta el servicio. Lo recomíendo.
