I lived here three years and have had almost entirely positive experiences. The staff is excellent. The community is friendly and thoughtful. The apartments are quality. They don't make up issues to charge you for. I enjoyed living so close to restaurants and breweries too. I want to single out Randy for his expedience and skill in addressing maintenance issues as well as being a friendly face and taking time to listen. He also saved some personal property my son had lost. Totally above and beyond the call.
Excellent staff and great amenities! I'd like to add that I've had absolutely the best maintenance experiences of anywhere I've lived. Randy has responded promptly, done a GREAT job, and been SO friendly and helpful on every repair. He always goes above and beyond! John is also awesome! I had a scary spark and smoke in my microwave and he came quickly to the rescue and knew exactly what the problem was. This team definitely makes me feel comfortable and safe in my home. Thank you!
Patina Flats is a great place to live. Cale at the front desk is always super helpful and friendly, and really makes the place feel welcoming.
