The people who work here are great. They are very nice and maintenance requests are dealt with within 1 day. The building is actually extremely quiet (train and sirens are the only thing that can be noisey...no real neighbor noise to speak of). The apartment itself is great too and it is very pet friendly. Fun stuff going on all the time in the summer in downtown. Sky lounge us great! Raising my rent $300 for no reason. Gave me about a week to decide. I have to declare intent to move 60 days in advance or they will charge me more rent at about double what i currently pay. Very predatory. The sugary sweet responses are very gaslighty
