I highly recommend Dr. Patil to anybody who needs orthodontic work done. I have been a registered nurse for more than 6 years, so I am very familiar with the importance of high-quality patient care. I came to his office with a broken retainer wire. Dr. Patil was very efficient, and I did not have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. He was able to repair the broken wire with his equipment. I am impressed with the quality of care he provides to his clients.
Dr. Patil did an AMAZING job with my teeth and he even cosmetically contorted, sculpted the edges of my top teeth. I can’t believe the improvement - family and friends immediately noticed the difference. My smile is so much more attractive. Amazing, professional bedside manner too.
Dr Patil is awesome. I went to 3 different orthodontists before I came in to see Dr. Patil. When I walked in I was instantly comfortable with the office and the front desk. The people that greeted me at the door were extremely nice and informative of what was going to happen during my appointment. When I was brought back into the consult room to meet Dr. Patil, I found myself very comfortable with his ability to explain my treatment in a way that I understood. I will definitely refer friends !!!
Question the Nance appliance or teeth pulling, and get a second opinion if this is the procedure suggested by Dr. Patil. I spent $900 on a Nance for my child and it was not necessary. I lost confidence in whether Dr. Patil had the best plan for my child or just the one that would cost the most. He oversensationalized the complexity of my child’s case and it wasn’t until I got a second opinion that I learned it was a routine case and will cost exactly half the amount of Dr. Patil plan.

This is a troubling review for us to hear. We wish we had the opportunity to discuss the situation. We don't charge anywhere near that price for a Nance. Dr. Patil is a recognized expert and educator/lecturer about early treatment options such as Nance appliance's. It is possible that the device did exactly what was intended and the result shows successful treatment of what could have been a bigger problem. Dr. Patil and his staff are excellent. He takes the time to explain every little detail about my daughters treatment. By the time I left i felt as though i had known Dr. Patil for years and he had gained my complete trust.
Be careful with this guy. He gets super defensive if you ask any question about anything. He doesn’t even wash his hands beteeen patients.
He could be the best orthodontist in the state of Colorado! Dr. Patil is an exceptional orthodontist and I would recommend this practice to anyone. Our daughter's experience with her care and her braces has exceeded my expectations.
I've seen Dr. Patil twice now, and highly recommend him. I just had a minor fix on a permanent wire, and Dr. Patil was very quick, attentive, and even did a little upgrade for me free of charge! The assistants are professional and friendly, and my experience there has been wonderful.
My Daughter has been seeing Dr. Patil since he opened His office in Longmont and He is by far the best Orthodontist in the Boulder area. He has spent time with us discussing and planning the best care plan for the best possible outcome for Her circumstances. He is Friendly, patient and thorough. We have watched her mouth transform over the years and it has been very exciting. She is 13 and loves going to see Him and His staff which to me says it all. The Staff is top notch. We highly recommend.
