there is lots of support and information. Site is well designed and easy to navigate.
It is a good way to talk with others who understand. It is nice to try to uplift others and for them to uplift you. It is a good place to find out what are others are doing as far as treatments and their experiences. I am not able to drive to als support group so this is my support group
