I’ve been seeing Dr Oruganti for about a year. I made an appointment after avoiding the dr for years. I was turning 40 and wanted start ensuring my health is where it needed to be. Her and her staff are the best experience I’ve had. Friendly and welcoming. They stop to ask the questions and truly listen to the answers. Came in for an annual checkup and the experience was great. The front desk staff was polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout.
I called to book an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was very rude I had to book an immigration physical and when I asked the price and said other places were doing it for less she laughed at me and said go someplace else then. I’ve never had this type of physical before I was given an estimate so I stuck to it the response I got in return was inappropriate. Looking at other reviews and the places responses this seems to be the norm here.
In fact, Dr. Nagavijaya Oruganti deserves 5 stars because she is professional, very caring, friendly and doing great job. Also,The nurse Kim Grove was doing great job because she is highly professional, very caring and very friendly. In fact, we as a family recommend this clinic.
I would like to sincerely appreciate Dr Vijaya for the exceptional care and support she provides. She is truly wonderful at understanding the problem in detail and is extremely patient while listening to all concerns. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes us feel heard and reassured. We always feel very comfortable visiting her facility.
