I had to schedule my appointment more than two months out. Dealing with ear pain/infections and hearing loss for months already, this made me dislike this office before I even had the appointment. Having to feed my breastfed on demand daughter when I should have been leaving caused me to be late. They then waited an hour (while I had my three month old and three year old with me) to tell me that they wouldn't see me because "our RN is very strict about being on time."
