The services are just as horrible as physician chose. The customer service is rude lack of knowledge it is an uncomfortable environment working with this company. The help is horrible the care takers are scheduled to stay for an hour but the lazy people only do there horrible jobs then leave we have cameras we watch how they come stay for 5m and go. Do better

There has been a dramatic change over in office staffing which is a complete disaster. Appointments are scheduled rescheduled and dropped. Severe Attrition exists and you never are speaking to the same person in the office. People in the office cannot answer simple questions and are ill prepared to address anything other than stating they’ll have to speak with her supervisor and get back to you. used this company for about a year- major problems inner office management needs a better understanding of whats actually happening in the company. one blames another…not my job philosophy. As a result, we were tortured either constant medical gaslighting.

Love Patient's Choice! Jenny, their liaison is amazing. I can always count on her at a drop of a dime when we need to admit a new patient. She goes over and beyond to make it a smooth transition with the family and resident. Dr. Sayegh has a wonderful bedside manner with our seniors and their families! He is a great Dr.
