2 veces he hido en la mañana y no habren el horario específico , deberían ser conscientes con los usuarios para no venir y pararsen a esperar en medio del frío ,y no hay ni donde quejarse uno
what a waste of time it was ... I walked in at 12:05 for a simple blood test, listened to all sorts of excuses for delays, waited for 50 minutes in total, gave up and left before actual test. Just close this location, it is useless.
I went to this place to ask about the price of some exams and the people who are in the 1:05 pm schedule, they did not attend me well, they gave me information in a bad way and not only that was making fun of the other partner for not speaking English, it seems to me a lack of respect, I do not recommend these people.
Quiet and welcoming, I had made an appointment easily through their website and was taken even earlier when I came in! Everything went smoothly and the staff are very professional.
They need STAFF!! There is only two people in that office. The wait line is guaranteed an hour at least. Don’t come on a Saturday without an appointment please! When I was referred by open door nobody said we had to make an appointment. The staff at bio reference would prioritize patients with appointments. The place looks dirty and to be a medical facility I would say it’s not good for the place. I will no longer come here.
