They take a long time
My baby boy woke up with ear pain and so my husband found this place for us near our home after having a terrible experience at Ochsner on O’Neal ln , the Staff was extremely kind & professional and I loved seeing sisters in here! If you know you know! Thanks again for making sure my baby boy was taken care of! I recommend this place! It was also very clean!!!
Their AI/online booking system screwed up my 10:50 am appointment. So I booked another at 11:20. It’s now 11:40 so almost an hour of waiting while they take 20 minute breaks between patients. You’re better off waiting in the ER. The last thing you want is a lazy HCP. Pitiful.
