They don’t even deserve one star because of the poor customer service. This is the second time I’ve experienced poor communication from this clinic. Most recently, they failed to inform me that the doctor was still on vacation, even though I had booked my appointment weeks in advance. I took the afternoon off and spent an hour and a half commuting, only to be told, without any apology, that the doctor wasn’t in. Mistakes happen, but what upset me more was how unapologetically confident they were about their own error. Rather... read more

Doctors are amazing but woman at desk are absolutely horrible!. They never pick up the phone, sometimes I had to call around 40 times to them pick up. They rude and should be changed. They don’t communicate with doctors what find that strange. I think doctors should know the truth and get rid of them.

Without testing me for strep, she sent me to the ER with a note to administer an epipen. At the ER, the doctor there told me there is no such thing as a lingering food reaction, and if I was reacting, I would ... read more

The reception staff is beyond lazy, unhelpful, and downright rude. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for days, and each time I call, they either hang up on me or act like I’m bothering them. The attitude is completely disrespectful, as if they own the entire clinic and have no time for patients. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional or courteous experience. I’ll be finding another office that values their patients.
