Great service. Wait time was minimal and staff and doctor were courteous and friendly. Answered all questions and was not in a hurry.
I always feel acknowledged by the team at Patient First Towson. They are very attentive and have a sense of urgency. The administration team does a great job of making sure people are checked in and ready to be seen. The nurses are always gentle and caring when taking vitals and preparing you to be seen by the Doctor. The doctors are smart and quick to resolve your medical condition. I always feel acknowledged and treated with kindness, respect, and care.
Wonderful experience from check in to discharge all of the staff were courteous and professional.
I arrived at 5:45 and walked out at 6:50! I was amazed that my prescriptions were ready within 3 minutes! It would have taken me longer to drive to my pharmacy. Every person I encountered was professional and kind. Great experience!!
