The receptionist Emily was super rude. Not only did she hang up the phone in my face mid conversation because she was getting angry but the entire time I was talking to her she was being argumentative and giving me attitude with every question I asked. If you are working in anything health related you should really know how to deal with people.
My friend checked in at 2:20pm. They got taken back and did a urine test. Then they got put in a room and no one came in until 4:40. I then checked with the front desk about an update and they told me that my friend needs to ask the nurse. they asked a nurse and the nurse said idk. Then we walked out to ask for an update from a different doctor and all of them just said i don’t know and sent me to the next person. go to a different center. this place takes forever and doesn’t give next steps when asked what to do

Always fast, efficient, friendly, and professional service. I always attend the Towson location for this reason.
The billing department is full of crap. How do you have the correct insurance information on file but still bill the wrong one? Then you try to charge the patient because the claim wasn’t submitted in the right order and is now past the payment window. That’s not the patient’s fault or responsibility, it should’ve been done correctly the first time. I will not be returning to patient first. If they can’t keep the billing department in order I’m scared to see how they handle the patient information and medical history.
