Quick check in and vitals check. Wait for physician to awhile. He was very kind and efficient when he was with me and treatment and prescriptions very very quickly forthcoming.
Overall, the support team was excellent. The lower rating was based on the engagement with the treating physician. Their mannerism was abrupt and discouraging of my questions about a medication they prescribed. For example, when I inquired how long I should take the medication they responded that I should read the instructions on the label. When I read the label instructions after getting home, there were no such instructions.
This place takes way too long to get checked out. I waited for the doctor in my room a long time and after they saw me I waited even longer. They claimed only my chart on their computer is locked and they can't get into it to check me out. Waited 1 hour to get checked out!
