I've used your services several times in the past 6 months and am always impressed by staff from front desk onward. Efficient, friendly, and informative. Best urgent care I've been to - hands down!
On a scale of 1-10, PF gets a 11. From being greeted by Security, to the ease of use on digital sign-up and being quickly assisted by Ms. K (forgive me, I can’t recall her name) for intake, then the medical team, including Dr. S (forgive me, I can’t recall her name). Everyone was thoughtful and genuine in their concern for my issue. I will make sure to visit this group for my Urgent Care needs in the future. Thank you.
The staff was compassionate, professional and efficient. The facility was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The environment catered to all age groups and signage was educational and informative.
