I have always had a great experience at the urgent care! Their staff is kind and attentive, and - while you might wait a bit - it is so convenient to have so many services (& rXs, if needed) offered in-house!

I’m sorry, but this is the worst URGENT CARE I’ve ever been to the wait time is always an hour or hour and 30 minutes and I think that’s ridiculous for URGENT CARE. I’ve tried to come here three times. I had the same experience.
I've visited Patient First 3 times now and have never waited longer than 15 minutes. The intake staff are kind, empathetic, and some even have senses of humor, which is refreshing. The medical staff are kind, knowledgeable, and once you are seen & assessed by them, seen quite keen on getting you diagnosed properly, given the proper medicine, and getting you in & out in a way that's respectful of your time.
