Exceptional care! Friendly, prompt, thorough with lab tests, x-rays, ekg and urinalysis after I had blacked out and fallen on my back. After Patient First's radiologist had a chance to review the x-rays, they reached out and called me at home to tell me I had a compression fracture of a vertebra . In the meantime, I had gone to an ER at their suggestion. The hospital ER failed to correctly diagnose me and discharged me untreated. Patient FIrst then referred me to an orthopedist.
