Everyone from start to finish was kind, helpful, communicative and supportive! While I hated to have to go seek help, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
EDIT (9/11/26) - I returned for the same issue. Unfortunately the experience was the complete opposite from my previous one. Staff weren't accommodating or helpful at all. I left humiliated and in tears. I wrote to Patient First about the experience and received no follow up on it. This was so disappointing after my appointment in February. Great. No problem with the service. Staff was friendly and office was very clean.
Very pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were all professional, kind and understanding.
