This is the best urgent care I have ever used over many years. From the front desk to the physician to the discharge it is a very efficient operation. Today the wait was just a little bit long and it only really bothered me because I was in a lot of pain today but other than that I really have no complaints and only great things to say about the staff and the efficiency at this particular Patient First. It is very much appreciated.
I went in to urgent care today and was there about an hour , from the reception staff , nurses and dr Charles I felt so much better after my visit with them. Dr Charles was very sweet , informative & caring. Very efficient & quick. I left feeling like I was listened to and my questions mattered. would recommend
