I was very pleased with my visit and was glad that I decided to visit Patient First instead of another facility. I was seen quickly and the entire staff were friendly and courteous. Patient First was able to X-ray my hand at their facility to determine that I had not broken any bones and diagnosed me with a severe wrist sprain putting me at ease.
This star is because “The girls at the front were lovely. They were Kind and had a Sense humor despite tornado warnings!” Thank you to them. I am a doctorate level prepared clinical nurse and nurse educator. I am sick to my stomach over the feedback my son shared about his visit here. He does not live local thus he does not have a doctor in the Area. I encouraged him to go to Patient First due to puncture wound injuries causing him a lot of pain and high risk for infection. Waited in the exam room for the doctor for 45 minutes. She saw me for 5 minutes, was difficult to understand and very curt. Will look at other urgent care providers in the future.
I have gone to Patient First of Langhorne 4 different occasions this past 2-3 years for various health issues I was having. The admissions receptionists were always friendly and welcoming. The medical assistants were always exceptional when dealing with me. Dr Giesler was wonderful, he was very thorough and professional, and very down to earth.
