Denied my daughter to be scene because I owed money. Totally different insurance had her co pay in my hand. Then to make the experience worst, they had no hand sanitizer in their dispensers. I asked when I was leaving and Liz (front office manager) said check the other one. I told her there wasn't any in any of them and she walked away. never said let me grab some, or offered my daughter and I some that was behind the plexiglass. Just ignored me. Less than 10 people here. We have been waiting for 2 hours while the staff stands around and shares stories about previous patients. The DMV is faster.
Going on 2 hours waiting to be seen for an ear infection.. Patient First? Doubt it
The PA at this location Jeffrey Horgan has the worst bedside manner.....In fact he has none! He is rude, condescending, doesn’t even let you talk and rushed me out the door in pain. He shouldn’t be seeing patients if he can’t treat them better and with some compassion. However, the person who checked me in was kind and prompt, and the nurse Brooke was kind as well. It was just Jeffrey that was so abrupt and lacking in bedside manner.

Worst experience each time. Went to get a stuck crayon out my daughters now. Place was basically empty but wait for 2+ hours ...insane for a 3 year old.
Probably the friendliest UC I’ve been to! Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable, wonderful bedside manor.
The PA Don Milliron took care of me when I was in a lot of pain and Better Med turned me away. Very appreciative!
I have been coming here about 10 years and I loved it until recently and today sealed the deal I will never come back. I will miss Dr Read. Anyhow my mom is 72 and gets mixed up. I take care of all her medical. 1st they tell me I can not wear my mask with the ventilators in it. I comply and put on th their disposable one. Didn't say a word about it. Then the nurse says I must leave my mother there even though Mom asked me not to leave. The nurse literally told me very nasty to leave and go to my car now!! I'm out here LIVID.... read more
