Patient First Primary and Urgent Care - Chantilly is a worse place for urgent care. I took my child for eye injury, Dr didn't put efforts to comfort and have a look. My child was scared to open his eye but dr came twice he said if doesn't open his eye I can't do anything. Dr should know the tricks to deal with kids. They know they will charge patients anyways they will still get dollars for the visit even if they don't serve. What a greedy place. Dr asked me to take him to the ER. I took my son at inova urgent care nearby an... read more

When I told Dr. Cindy Ojevwe that I was having trouble breathing, she refused to provide me with any care and advised me to leave and go to the emergency room. The nurse who brought me into the room (who was very kind and helpful) advised me that I would be having a chest X-ray. When Dr. Ojevwe came in I told her that my chest hurt and that I could feel congestion moving around inside every time I breathed, and she told me that she had never heard of such a sensation (advising me to follow up with my PCP - as if Dr. Ojevwe w... read more

Website said that they couldn't test for COVID-19 on people without symptoms. I had symptoms so I drove over there. I asked if they tested people WITH COVID symptoms. They said I had to to a doctor first. It's December 21. CVS and Walgreens have no tests until the 26th. My son's girlfriend won't let him visit her until I test negative. I screwed up Christmas for everyone. I thought Patient First could bail me out, but no.

Went in for an out of control infection in my tooth. I literally look like Quasimodo. The nurse Kathy was as nice as she could be, hence the 2 stars. . The doc besides never examining Me told me what was wrong and gave me new antibiotics and told me to visit my dentist. I had to ask for a white blood count test to make sure I wasn’t septic and later Asked him for some pain meds. (I haven’t eaten in 4 days). He came back later with hydrocodone and told me you know what this is. You’ve had it before. Like I was drug shopping! ... read more

I brought my daughter here 2 weeks ago, NEVER AGAIN! She presented with soar throat, excessive cough & congestion. They tested her for Covid (negative) and STREP(also negative) and sent her home 6pm, next day she had trouble breathing and we back 11am. They did another Covid test, chest X-ray and diagnosed her with bronchitis /pneumonia. She missed 6 days of work, they will only give her a note for 3 because that’s how long she had to wait between Covid tests????what??? Stay away, lesson learned!

I had a small spot of pneumonia in my left lung. Took a course of antibiotics. Went to patient first for an x-ray to see if the pneumonia was gone. At patient first, they told me that the pneumonia had spread to my right lung and was bad. They did a blood test because they said since the pneumonia was so bad I could have sepsis. The test took all of 5 minutes and they said I didn’t have sepsis. Prescribed an antibiotic that could have had serious consequences taken with another drug I’m taking. I always check drug interactio... read more

I waited 3 1/2 hours to be seen for a bad rash itching and draining wounds. I waited in my car as I did not want to expose the other patients to whatever I have. I checked twice during the 3 1/2 hours I waited. Finally the new shift told me I was not even in the list to be seen and I could sign in again to be seen. lol. Please do not waste your day or night. They are untrained unprofessional and care nothing for their patients. I will never go again. I am an RN with 37 years experience. Horrible!
