Always great place Great people and service
Outstanding service. Got a Covid and flu test, a chest xray and got my prescription filled while I was there. In and out in less than an hour. Will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.
My needs were taken care of on the spot. They have prescriptions in house which is more than all other urgent care centers. That way you don't have to suffer overnight until you see a pharmacist.
This place is not good, pick another location. They are incompetent
Patient First - Germantown needs to train their staff in customer service. As it is patients go there when they are distressed and feeling low. And then to have the staff treat you condescendingly-bad for business!
