Hands down amazing service; from the checkin process, to the wait times, the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff and the thoroughness of the doctor that I saw. I needed two appointments; one for myself and the other for my kiddo and they handled both simultaneously and seamlessly. I am very impressed and will be heading here for any urgent dr appts and labs in the future. This couldn’t have been a better experience. THE WORST WAITED 2 WEEKS TO BE TOLD THAT THE “SPECIMEN WAS LOST” the wrong test was ordered.
Patient first is the only urgent care I will go to. They offer great customer service, excellent medical care and short wait time!
