Unfortunately, my husband and my son have both been miss diagnosed by the practitioners that have resulted in additional visits to our PCPs. And from my recent visit, the administrative staff did not bill the correct insurance and thus charged my CC. Although the visit happened in Aug. they told me it could be 90 or more days (from the date I noticed the error) to get a CC reversal. Go to your PCP!!! Find one that has sick hours bc its worth it.

Came in after dealing with a fever and some other symptoms for three nights and was told it was “most likely viral” and to “give it a few days.” After a week now of experiencing fevers and being clearly misdiagnosed - symptoms not improving whatsoever - they insist that I can only be seen if I come in for another visit at full charge, despite the fact that my symptoms haven’t changed.
