From check-in to walk out was a very pleasant and speedy process. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The facility was clean and I REALLY like that.
Patient First is absolutely The Best. Its seamless. I had a fall on an escalator. You check in on screen. The professional ( Im sorry, don't know title) that checked me in w/documents was communicative and helpful. The entire staff / team was tremendous. They were training a nurse, but explained it all to me first. And that nurse that was doing the training? So thorough, professional, excellent training skills. Today was my first time at Patient first and I had a great experience. Mia was very friendly and informative and all the staff were very helpful. I was able to get my x ray done quite quickly and I spent less than two hours there. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Patient First. All of the staff was professional and caring whether or not they were interacting with me.They made me feel very comfortable. I did not feel that I was being rushed or an item on an assembly line. They explained everything in terms that I easily understood. Keep up the good work Patient First!!!
