I am very happy I chose this location, I got a very warm reception from the front desk, I was instructed very nicely how to check in. Shortly I was registered by a pleasant individual who made me feel so welcome. Then came Gabby who escorted me in and took my vital signs, and eye screening, very lovely person. I was seen by the doctor within reasonable time, He was so charming, I felt so comfortable talking to him. I already recommended this place to my friends and families.
If you don’t want to waste your time, don’t come to this urgent care. I’ve been sitting in the room for 2 hours. This is my second time here and the same thing happened. I thought there would be a change, but it’s still the same. PLEASE ADD MORE STAFF!!
I have been coming to this urgent care for years but today I sat in a back room for over an hour and a half while I watched the doctor go into other people’s rooms that arrived after me. This is extremely frustrating especially because of the pain I came in with.
