Amazing experience! Jamie at the front desk escorted us immediately to an exam room when she learned that the patient had a bleeding wound. Karli was friendly and engaging as she took vitals and showed patience with a special-needs guy. Ryan determined that there were multiple courses of action to choose from to treat the wound, and explained each one clearly. This was my first time using Patient First . I was not feeling well and needed to see a doctor . From the time I entered the facility I was greeted by a courtesies and kind receptionist . I did not have to wait long at all . I was seen promptly and treated with kindness. I saw the doctor quickly and diagnosed with Acute Sinusitis. I know I needed relief and the doctor and I discussed what medication would work to clear this up . This facility is so organized and cleaned after every patient . Don’t waste your time here—especially if you get Ms. Paterson. I came in with a worsening finger infection and left without treatment, still in pain. She didn’t examine my hand or show any urgency, and even stepped back as if I was contagious, despite both of us wearing masks. I was asked whether I wanted antibiotics or to have it drained, which was concerning given how obvious my condition was.
