Patient First Primary and Urgent Care - Chantilly is a worse place for urgent care. I took my child for eye injury, Dr didn't put efforts to comfort and have a look. My child was scared to open his eye but dr came twice he said if doesn't open his eye I can't do anything. Dr should know the tricks to deal with kids. They know they will charge patients anyways they will still get dollars for the visit even if they don't serve. What a greedy place. Dr asked me to take him to the ER. After an 1hoyr and a half of waiting, we were invited inside, where we waited for another half an hour until Dr. Lee showed up only to tell us that he can't ( doesn't know or not able) help us with a cut on the leg. We left without any medical help and went to ER, where the cut was washed and closed up with sticky stripes. This is the second time when we went to this place and both times no medical assistance was provided due to the incompetence of the medical staff. Waste of time and resources.
