Seems to have decent service, nice clean facility, but their billing practices are archaic.. Went there twice in feb 16' both times I paid at the counter and they said they would bill me if there were any insurance issues. Then I get a call from a collections agency a few months later. turns out I owe them about a hundred bucks, no problem I pay the bill. Then they sent the same collection agency after me for a $50 late fee.. turns out they messed up my zip code and have been sending the bills to the wrong address. The staff... read more
Very rude manger , Doctor Stefen Elazier and medical assistant What Shame to reside seeing cancer patient with pain , just because he lacks experience. I don't recommended to any body.
I was on vacation in Williamsburg, Va and developed what. I thoughthought was a probable tooth abscess.. We left our vacation which was OK to race down to my in network patient 1st..I could not decide on the hospital ER versus 'Patient First" (PF) .I chose PF ..the receptionist was nice and let me keep my place in line when I had to run to the bathroom ..The nurse and the phlebotomist were Very nice too when they took my wt and drew blood ( I am not and easy stick) .Then there was the MD ..she was nice but did not examine or... read more
What a breath of fresh air! The whole staff was pleasant, competent, caring, and efficient. Very clean, and soothing, and it's nice that they can handle several labs on-site. Highly recommend!
Horrible.... went there with my son who was obviously sick.... They did not have the medicine needed in stock so called medicine in to Rite Aid that was supposedly open 24 hours... well it was not. Rite Aid another crappy organization tells everyone that you can access your prescriptions everywhere... well you can after the pharmacist who is located in the pharmacy the doctor sent the e- prescription to keys it in.... so since the pharmacy was closed then the pharmacist could not key it in and all the other 24 hour Rite Aids... read more
Great people! Great service. Dr Michele Salerno was just super. I would recommend PF anytime in Leesburg.
The facility seems pretty organize. Overall they were friendly people other than the nurse that attended me who gave me a funny look. The doctor didn't really seem to know what was going on since he awkwardly walked inside the room, said a few words and then walked out saying that he was going to be back. At the registration they didn't pass along all the reasons why I was there to the rest of the staff so I had to retell them again. The process was quick though and very little wait time.
Fantastic experience. Went there for a problem with a vein in my ankle. The treated it, explained everything to my satisfaction and did so in a courteous and professional manner. Went back to day for an annual physical and it was the easiest and best physical I have ever had. Top drawer!!!
If you need a DOT Medical Examination Report do not use this office. The Doctors do not Know the law, they make it up as they go. And they refuse to listen to the MVA CDL Intrastate Waiver Program Driver Services Division.You will be wasting your time and money.
