Walked in and was seen very quickly. Ability to do an x-ray on site and air boot upon immediate reading of xrays. Referral to specialist was also quickly.
Each staff member from the check-in desk, checking vitals, x-ray technician doctor to check out..courteous and professional. The anti inflammatory prescribed improved my condition tremendously. Highly recommended.
By far the best doctor experience I’ve ever had in my life. He was the most insightful, professional and charismatic doctor ever. Dr. Ramos truly cared about me, I didn’t feel like a number but someone he wanted to make better. He listened to understand and not to respond. He was like a Dad that wanted his child to do better! I have been to Patient First several times. I have been pleased with the care I have received. All the personnel are professional and very caring. They have all the equipment for X-rays, ekg’s etc
Pros- Facility is clean and they get to you relatively fast. Cons- i had insurance for my visit, insurance unfortunately didnt cover my whole visit, Patient first had my credit card on file and charged it for almost $200 WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME! I got no phonecall, no email or snail mail, just 200 less in my bank. I called them and asked them about this, NO REMORSE, "oh thats in our contract we have you sign when you walk in". Patient presents with a history of acute migraine. No other medical issues. States she has another migraine without otc relief. All vitals good. Treated here for this condition previously by other physicians with rapid pain relieving medication. However they have a "doctor" Sugden on staff who has the personality of a dead bush and is more concerned with determining if your a drug addict rather than your chief complaint. I sat for 2 hours after being checked in. The doctor was unprofessional. I came in for a throat infection.
The staff is nice enough, but the physicians leave much to be desired. If you don"t mind waiting for at leat 3 hours for care then this is tour place, otherwise don't bother. Doctors are too busy seeing staff members and chatting to see real paying patients!
