The 2 ladies that sit in front as soon as you walk in are so rude not professional at all I just walked out. If you are really sick or need help. Don’t come here they do not care about you and will refuse to give you care.
the woman sitting behind the counter when I went in there to deal with a sickness was very rude and was barking orders at me. horrible customer service so I just walked out
I took my father for a back injury. We were there for two hours without being seen. When I asked how much longer it would take, I was always given an attitude about the wait time and was told 20 minutes each time. We decided to leave and go to another urgent care. Don’t waste your time coming here.
I would like to thank the nurses doctors and staff for being at work helping the sick. They nurses and doctor were all extremely supportive and made us feel cared for. There was only one doctor working so the wait time was very long and with this flu I felt terrible sitting there. Once he got to our room he was very apologetic regarding the wait time.
