I had a very good experience. I was attended to timely and the staff's were exceptional.
Overall, the visit was positive and the care provided was excellent. The staff was professional and attentive. However, there was a long wait time before the appointment began, which could be improved.
I've been to this location many time. Today the lady at the front desk disrespected me and cussed me out just because I said I can pay out pocket. Unprofessional and very concerning behavior
I’m in an excruciating amount of pain so I showed up 10 minutes before they opened to ensure I was seen asap. Staff slowly trickled in and I greeted each one and not one of them even raised their heads to look at me. When they opened the door was slowly opening and I put my hand on the sliding door and was immediately yelled at. When I was called up to sign in I was immediately being questioned with no greeting.
