Went to Patient after googling to make sure that they treat concussion. When we got there, the Dr said they do not. Only looked in her ear, felt her head and made her walk in a straight line. Then said they can’t clear her because they do not treat concussion. If I had known that I would’ve went else where. These Dr just want to get made to be seen. Their website clearly said they treat it but the Dr did nothing. Being charge for a 5 min chat is not fun when we could’ve went elsewhere for the service. Do better

My experience was great with a friendly front desk team, shirt wait time even though it was a walk-in visit, great doctors and a very clean environment.
The experience I had tonight was wonderful and blessed. Everything was great.
Overall it was a great experience! This was my first time going to patient first and I didn’t know what to expect. I was a little nervous but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The wait time was fairly quick and the physicians and assistants were very friendly and attentive. This was a great experience for me and I will not hesitate to come back if I ever need medical assistance.
