Waited 2.5 hrs to see her (only 1 patient ahead of me). Very flippant in her manner; said nothing wrong and claimed I had covid 3 weeks ago and was still recovering. I pointed out that I had covid in dec22 and it was now Apr23. She argued with me. I asked where she got this info from as i’d never been there before. She was looking at CVS prescription info. Overall pretty good. The wait time can vary depending on the time of day and what's going on. If the waiting room is full and they're getting slammed, that's a bad sign because you'll probably be waiting for a while. I go here during less busy times of the day when I don't want to sit around waiting for hours at a typical doctor's office which are usually overwhelmed with way too many patients and running late. The doctors usually have a good bedside manner as well and they have an x-ray on-site ready to go if you need it.
Well the front desk and nurse are on top of it. Arrived at 9:45 and was logged in bp, height, weight and temp taken by 9:55. Was escorted to examination room and waited an hour and a half before PA came in....got medicine I needed but never saw or spoke to Dr. Got out with medicine in hand at 12:00. That part was nice guess what I paid was compareable to CVS.
