the office is rundown, the staff is rude and incompetent, and there is no standard of sanitation. I wouldn't trust these air heads to scratch my back for me. Kathryn McFaden is wretched and unprofessional as can be. She should be fired and forced to take intensive social skills courses. This place is a joke.
