I had my primary Dr here. However without warning she left. And they had no other primary for me to go too. And didn’t know if they would. I was told to find someone else. Which I did and I can’t get in to see my new primary for 6 weeks…. Most of my prescriptions are now on “no refills”… so I call back to Patient Central South to ask them to fill the meds I need and I was asked to prove I found another primary. The most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a doctor’s office. In the past few years the “policies” have changed so many times, keeping everything disorganized and patients clueless as to how to obtain their medication. They do not care about their patients or their health. Apparently all of the physicians “quit”, and I wonder why. If this place stays open, and you care about your health, stay away from Patient Central. Patients of the past year should gather together and file a lawsuit.
How does a doctors office have no doctors?? 🤔 I called Patient Central South in Holt this morning, which I have been a patient of for years, and was informed by the receptionist that, they currently have ZERO providers. Please explain to me how this happens at a doctors office? I have witnessed first hand, the level of care for patients diminish over the last few years at this office. And watched the turnover of providers become more and more frequent. I have been assigned to six different providers in the last three years.... read more
Extremely unprofessional, does not care to assist. There was a male PA there who legitimately did not seem to know what on earth he is talking about. I came in with swelled up hands and the guy legit tells me it’s normal. I went to my doctor they had me go to the hospital ASAP, did an EKG and said I was stressed beyond belief. Thanks for telling me “everything’s normal”. I get misdiagnosing something, that’s fine and all, it’s part of the job and happens! But don’t tell people everything’s okay when it’s clearly not.
