I used to see Rachel () and now I’m seeing Angela…she was great, listened n took time with me. Only ever had attitude issues with front staff over the phone. My aunt and uncle come here for urgent care and so do others in my family. I’ve never seen the place dirty just one exam room gets super cold! I see everyone working hard and doing a great job! I’m grateful for their care. #supporthealthcareworkers

It still appears that anything with sparrow name is still messed up.and most of the people are incompetent. And rude and nasty people. If you dont like your job then quit or be nice.
I have been here in the past and had always been well treated. It has been close to 3 years since I've needed "urgent care" and I found this place to be neither urgent or caring. The kid at the window is very slow checking people in. When it was my turn he told me I didn't have a copay. I have BCBS and I've always have a copay. He asked me what I was use to paying. Finally the girl sitting next to him helped and he told me my copay amount. With all that standing I was ready to pass out. While waiting I thought it was me but ... read more
