Patient Caregivers was created by Dr. Paul Sirbaugh, a son who was blessed with the opportunity to care for his own aging parents. While it wasnt difficult for him to locate licensed personal assistance services, i.e. caregiving agencies, it proved impossible for him to find an agency that provided, what he considered to be, the exceptional in-home care that his parents deserved.
