After years of going here for a work injury and they made all that money off me, I can’t even get the physical therapist to accept my call.or call me back to remind me how to use the brace my workers comp paid for. I haven't needed it for awhile and now I do. Castro won't take my call. I left a.message and nothing. You're nothing except money to them. Not a human, not a patient. Once the money runs out, they don't care about you at all.

Overall, horrible facility with careless staff.
