When We needed care for my Mom and a close family friend, they were the only group to step up and help with top notch medical help while rearranging their schedule to make sure they were seen. Also provided answers to questions about issues not easy to understand.
When We needed care for my Mom and a close family friend, they were the only group to step up and help with top notch medical help while rearranging their schedule to make sure they were seen. Also provided answers to questions about issues not easy to understand.
Extremely unprofessional. Their nurses are under educated. Their aides don't understand English that is when they have aides. They pay so poorly they cannot keep staff. And so cheap! Always running out of PPE for their workers while Medicare is paying them around $3k a month to take care of me. I'd avoid the Parsippany branch. Others might be better but this one is a joke.
