My mother and I had a wonderful experience with the nurses Nicole O and Nicole Q. They were both caring, compassionate, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with kindness and attention. It was clear that they genuinely care about the people they help. They are a great representation of the quality of care and dedication this agency provides!
Patient Care staff is efficient and kind. Jason, RN casemanager is always compassionate and so knowledgable. Nicole LPN is great and explains things in a way that anyone can understand. Sudha PT is so encouraging and experienced in getting the best out of her clients. Tim OT is not only kind but wise and is always looking to learn more and share that knowledge with others.
