Im writing this review on behalf of my aunt Martha Gil. She just had total knee replacement and Serg came to her house to get her set for her home visits. She is really impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and most importantly his empathy. She is looking forward to getting better with the help of the therapist at this facility.

The organization as a whole works in a way to deny the patient services that are ordered by the provider even if the patient has the insurance benefit for it. After doing research, these home care agencies including Patient Care get reimbursed by insurance through "bundled payments." Therefore, if Patient Care sends out their PT 1 time per week instead of the 3 times per week (which was ordered by the orthopedic surgeon), Patient Care profits more. I would be wary if you decide to apply for an office position at the Passaic County branch; this specific workplace is cutthroat. It’s so unorganized, and if someone doesn’t like what you do, instead of talking directly to you with constructive criticism, you are talked about behind closed doors. LHC group as a whole has had issues for years and have even had lawsuits.
