Worst care in the state. They don’t show up on time or at all. They discharge you for questioning them for not following the doctor’s wound care instructions. Very unprofessional staff. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
All the nurses, physical therapists and occupational therapists that assisted my father in his home care were excellent knowledgeable, caring and, encouraging! We appreciated it! Would recommend patient care but hope no one needs it! Thank you and be well everyone!
Was discharged from services without any communication or understanding of my care needs. Spoke with the director of the West Orange office and described my experience as “ unprofessional, unethical” and essentially medical abandonment requiring further hospitalization due to lack of medically necessary care.
My initial experience with this company was positive; however, over time, I encountered challenges related to communication. While many of the wound care nurses were supportive, their interactions with the office staff did not reflect a high level of professionalism. Unfortunately, I experienced a discontinuation of care that was accompanied by misinformation regarding our communication efforts, which was inaccurate. My Physical Therapist was outstanding!! Gianna came to my home twice weekly for three weeks post total knee replacement. Her expertise was matched with her deep understanding of the healing process and her gentle compassionate approach was a comfort to both myself as a patient and to my wife and son. She explained what was to be expected in the healing process and gave examples and encouragement throughout the 3 weeks. A 10 star review!!
