I have called everyday for more than a mos. & was advised to call somebody numerous times like my insurance & drug company. I was like pingpong & was already frustrated everyday taking a lot of my time & about to give up. Finally, I got hold of Peggy & we had conference call to drug company she was very patient & I noticed me about my frustration & able to resolved my problem. Thanks a million Peggy.
I sent them all the receipts and paperwork and they denied everything wanted proof I paid for all of it so I sent them my credit card statement showing proof I was denied again, what a waste of time
I genuinely do not understand how an organization can design a process this incompetently and then expect customers to somehow navigate it. I submitted a claim with plenty of supporting documentation clearly showing what I paid for my insurance and when. Apparently nobody bothered to actually review it, because I was then told I needed a letter from HR confirming information that was already documented. Fine. I got the letter. A MONTH AGO. I have an account with them and I am unable to access my online account for months .I have called multiple day and left messages for a return call only to receive an automated call at 5:30 telling me they can't call me back . As of now I am unable to file a claim or have any on line access to my account.
Am I the only one lately who cannot get anyone to answer a call or return an email? I have called in five times now and waited over an hour each time and still not reach anyone. I was put on the call back list but after 2.5 hours I got a call saying they were closed and to call back. No response from emails either as I have sent multiple. This doesn't feel like a foundation that truly wants to help anymore.
