This is a wonderful service. However, very slow getting payments and customer service is very very slow. Be ready to wait 45 minutes to a hour on hold if you call for help. I get frustrated due to the long wait on hold.

Edit made 07/27/25 I am making this edit to show my appreciation for the efforts that PAF has put in after I posted this review to remedy my case. Many organizations would not have done anything...or worse, would have left some condescending response to the review that subtly blames the patient/client/consumer. I truly appreciate the accountability and effort they put in. It shows resilience and care. And that MATTERS to people in pain, suffering from illness, and being beat down by the healthcare system. I know they are probably understaffed and underfunded. I respect and understand that. But gosh...how tone deaf... Their business hours are 8AM-5PM (or something similar). I have been calling for weeks to speak with someone and see if I can get assistance. I keep getting the message that they have reached the max number of cases & then it hangs up. I have been blocked from submitting claims even though I still have award money. Also, they denied previous claim for coinsurance reimbursement, but did not provide a reason. When I called the office, the agent stated she did not see why the claim was denied and advised she would resubmit it. This is not the first issue I have had with this organization in the last two months. It's frustrating when a customer has to force a company to do their jobs. Like someone else said, it's hit or miss.
