Used to be a great centre but the service has gone downhill recently. No one was here to open the centre before doors opened at 7.30. Only 2 staff working. By 8.20 only 3 patients have been called in. Computers not working properly! Individual staff are kind but there NEEDS to be more staff to get through the queue at a decent rate. It’s currently not good enough. Patients arriving with pre booked appointments jump the queue too. Many patients now late for work, school or other appts.
Had a really great experience drawing blood with this clinic. Staff was friendly and great at what she's doing. Would highly recommend :)
I have to have blood taken on a regular basis and I have difficult veins but the staff are always able to get it. They are a lovely bunch of people and make an effort to be happy and friendly no matter how busy they are.
Amazing staff, I suffer from a severe needle phobia, but the staff were amazing at helping me through the process of getting a blood test. Sorry for the French though!
