My husband has bad veins. The staff are very patient show a lot of care.
Shan took bloods today for my husband and I. My husband always had trouble doing blood tests and often has to come back twice to other pathologists to get it done. Pathwest and Shan was very patient professional and thorough and collected the samples first go. Very gentle with the needle and managed the 15 tubes required for my husband and 12 tubes for me very well. Was a pleasure to spend this morning with her
Arrived here at 11:30 closes at 12 pathology lady had locked the door people waiting not that many a customer waiting for a blood test opened the door said she locked it and won’t take anymore people. Drove from two rocks for a blood test for an appt Monday so disappointing change the opening times if u plan to lock the door at 11:30am Path west Joondalup do better
