Really pleasant experience doing my gestational diabetes test here, Tara made me feel comfortable and it was relatively quick and painless!
Very fast very professional service
Very positive experience today for my 9 year old daughter's blood draw. Ayumi was quick and efficient when she needed to be without making my daughter more anxious than she already was. Very helpful when the staff and happy, smiley and and patient when kids are concerned. Also very helpful asking the child which parts of the blood draw they are comfortable to see or know are happening. Will be coming back!
Used to be a great centre but the service has gone downhill recently. No one was here to open the centre before doors opened at 7.30. Only 2 staff working. By 8.20 only 3 patients have been called in. Computers not working properly! Individual staff are kind but there NEEDS to be more staff to get through the queue at a decent rate. It’s currently not good enough. Patients arriving with pre booked appointments jump the queue too. Many patients now late for work, school or other appts.
