I take care of my 83 yr old father with multiple health issues. After surgeries Pathwell is ordered for nursing PT etc. I can't say enough good things. Everyone has been helpful and kind and patient. Rick his PT really thinks outside of the box and is just a great guy. Susan one of the nurses is just a joy to be around. Horrible customer service! I used Caring Angels back in 2021 for a short time. They charged me for services that didn’t happen. I’m now getting calls about an amount due and I cant reach a real Person to talk to. Horrible!
Awful service. I’ve been trying to work with them for six months to get my mother help and just today they told me I was basically out of luck scheduling a speech therapist for her. Throughout the entire time communicating with them was difficult. This is precious time lost and I couldn’t be more upset.
